Les Arènes
de la Nuit
IF YOU'RE FEELING CURIOUS ABOUT...
Les Arènes de la Nuit
Perched atop Montmartre, this open-air amphitheater of greenery awakens to host the inaugural edition of Les Arènes de la Nuit, founded by Raphaël Zeitoun and Raphaël Froissart.
For this first festival, the Concert Bagatelles team embraced a bold ambition: to let music and architecture converse, to make melodies resonate against the centuries-old stones of the Arènes, and to reveal Montmartre in a new light.
After successfully experimenting with a fresh musical approach on social media, this ever-evolving ensemble sought to create a different kind of concert—one where soloists and audience blend together, sharing emotion in its purest form.
Classically trained yet open to the varied expressions of chanson and jazz, the musicians and singers offer an exhilarating experience, brought to life through bespoke arrangements by Raphaël Zeitoun.
Over four exceptional evenings, the Arènes de Montmartre transform into a living theater for a new generation of prodigious talents—artists shaped by the world’s most prestigious institutions, whose music makes every stone, every heart, vibrate in unison.
For this project, I envisioned the scenography as a breath—
a caress of light and space, a discreet presence that accompanies the concert’s poetry without ever confining it.
An intimate setting where the Arènes are draped in delicate textures and subtle fragrances, evoking the softness of summer nights.
At Les Arènes de la Nuit, the spectator is no longer a mere observer, but an active participant in a shared emotion, carried by the magic of music and the majesty of the Sacré-Cœur.
